ਭਾਜਪਾ ਵਲੋਂ ਬੋਫੋਰਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ 'ਚ ਸੋਨੀਆ 'ਤੇ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨਾWednesday, April 25, 2012 ਨਵੀਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ, ਭਾਰਤੀ ਜਨਤਾ ਪਾਰਟੀ (ਭਾਜਪਾ) ਨੇ ਬੋਫੋਰਸ ਤੋਪ ਸੌਦੇ 'ਚ ਇਟਲੀ ਦੇ ਵਪਾਰੀ ਓਤਾਵੀਓ ਕਵੋਤ੍ਰੋਚੀ ਵਲੋਂ ਦਲਾਲੀ ਲਏ ਜਾਣ ਬਾਰੇ ਹੋਏ ਨਵੇਂ ਖੁਲਾਸੇ ਦੇ ਮੱਦੇਨਜ਼ਰ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਸੋਨੀਆ ਗਾਂਧੀ 'ਤੇ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨਾ ਸਾਧਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ। ਸੰਸਦ ਦੇ ਦੋਵੇਂ ਸਦਨਾਂ 'ਚ ਬੋਫੋਰਸ ਮੁੱਦੇ ਨੂੰ ਜ਼ੋਰ-ਸ਼ੋਰ ਨਾਲ ਉਠਾਉਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਦੇ ਜਨਰਲ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਅਤੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਬੁਲਾਰੇ ਰਵੀਸ਼ੰਕਰ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਦ ਨੇ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰੈੱਸ ਬ੍ਰੀਫਿੰਗ 'ਚ ਅੱਜ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸ਼੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਨੇ ਵਾਰ-ਵਾਰ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਏ ਟੀ ਐਮ ਕਾਰਡ ਬਦਲ ਕੇ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਥਾਵਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਤਿੰਨ ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਕਢਵਾ ਲਏWednesday, April 25, 2012 ਫਤਹਿਗੜ੍ਹ ਸਾਹਿਬ, ਧੋਖੇ ਨਾਲ ਏ ਟੀ ਐਮ ਕਾਰਡ ਬਦਲ ਕੇ ਦੂਜੇ ਦੇ ਖਾਤੇ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਤਿੰਨ ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਕਢਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਇਆ ਹੈ।
ਇਸ ਦੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਪਬਲਿਕ ਹੈਲਥ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਰਿਟਾਇਰ ਹੋਏ ਅਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਹਾਦਰਗੜ੍ਹ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਹ 16 ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ 2012 ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕੀ ਕੰਪਲੈਕਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਣੇ ਸਟੇਟ ਬੈਂਕ ਆਫ ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਦੇ ਏ ਟੀ ਐਮ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਪੈਸੇ ਕਢਵਾਉਣ ਗਏ ਸਨ, ਪਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਏ ਟੀ ਐਮ ਚਲਾਉਣਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਉਂਦਾ ਸੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਏ ਟੀ ਐਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਗੰਨਮੈਨ ਜਾਂ ਹੋਰ ਕੋਈ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ, ਪਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਖ ਕੇ ਏ ਟੀ Singhvi CD: Court dismisses plea for probeWednesday, April 25, 2012 New Delhi, The Delhi high court on Wednesday dismissed a petition seeking direction to the Bar Council of Delhi and the Delhi Bar Association to investigate the CD controversy related to Congress MP and lawyer Abhishek Manu Singhvi.
Dismissing the public interest litigation (PIL), a division bench of acting Chief Justice AK Sikri and Justice Rajiv Sahai Endlaw said the Bar Council of Delhi and the Delhi Bar Association were not empowered to take action against the employee of a lawyer.
The petitioner, advocate Sanjay Kumar, had moved the court saying that the controversy had been decided without considering the allegations made in the CD and the FIR had been dropped without any further investigation. Kumar added that the image of two prominent lawyers of the high court has been tarnished in the row.
The court, however, refused to entertain the plea and questioned the petitioner for filing the case. It said the affected person had not filed any grievance against Singhvi's driver who had allegedly made the CD.

"Now I understand that nuclear fuel loading is going to take place in the next few days in the first unit of the plant of 1000 MW capacity.
It is expected that criticality will be reached in the following 20 days or so, leading to power generation from the first unit of the plant", she said in a letter to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.

Media reports on Tuesday said the Congress is likely to move for a major reshuffle as four senior leaders have written to party supremo Sonia Gandhi their desire to leave their portfolios and work for the party.
Law Minister Salman Khurshid, Overseas Indian Affairs Minister Vaylar Ravi, Health Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad and Rural Development Minister Jairam Ramesh have reportedly written to Gandhi and voiced their plans of working for the party.
The decision is likely to cause major reshuffle in the Congress.
However, the four leaders have not confirmed the news so far.
The reshuffle is of significance in the wake of the poor show by the Congress in recently-held assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh, Punjab and Army launches combat exercise 'Shoorveer' in RajasthanWednesday, April 25, 2012 New Delhi, Continuing with its series of major combat exercises on the western front, the Army has launched another massive wargame called 'Shoor Veer' in the Rajasthan deserts.
Under the exercise being conducted the South Western Army Command, over 50,000 troops with hundreds of tanks, artillery guns and infantry combat vehicles have already amassed in the region.
"At present, the formations are practising their battle drills in the designated training areas. A number of field firings are being carried out to check the accuracy and lethality of the weapon systems," said an officer.

ਪਿਛਲੇ ਸਾਲ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਕੁੱਲ ਯੋਜਨਾ 11500 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੀ ਸੀ, ਪਰ ਖਰਚ 7378 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਹੀ ਹੋ ਸਕਿਆ ਸੀ। ਚਾਲੂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵੀ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਤੋਂ ਕਰੇਗਾ 22202 ਕਰੋੜ ਦੀ ਕਰਜ਼ਾ ਮੁਆਫੀ ਦੀ ਮੰਗWednesday, April 25, 2012 ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ, ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਨੇ ਅੱਜ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਜਲਦ ਹੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਸੰਸਦ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਇਕ ਤਾਕਤੀ ਵਫ਼ਦ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਡਾ. ਮਨਮੋਹਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਅਤੇ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਵਿੱਤ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਣਬ ਮੁਖਰਜੀ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ 31 ਮਾਰਚ 2012 ਤੱਕ ਸੂਬੇ ਸਿਰ ਖੜ੍ਹੇ ਛੋਟੀਆਂ ਬੱਚਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਰਜ਼ੇ ਦੀ 22202 ਕਰੋੜ ਦੀ ਰਕਮ ਨੂੰ ਮੁਕੰਮਲ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਮੁਆਫ਼ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਜਾਂ ਫਿਰ ਚਾਲੂ ਮਾਲੀ ਸਾਲ ਤੋਂ ਇਸ ਕਰਜ਼ੇ ਦੀ ਅਦਾਇਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਬਣਦੇ ਵਿਆਜ 'ਤੇ ਅਗਲੇ 5 ਸਾਲਾਂ ਲਈ ਰੋਕ ਲਾਉਣ ਬਾਰੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਿੱਜੀ ਦਖ਼ਲ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕਰਨਗੇ। ਡਾ. ਮਨਮੋਹਨ ਗਿਲਾਨੀ ਦੇ ਬੇਟੇ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ :- ਐਫੀਡ੍ਰੀਨ ਘਪਲਾ ਮਾਮਲੇ 'ਚ ਸੁਣਵਾਈ ਲਈ ਤਿਆਰWednesday, April 25, 2012 ਇਸਲਾਮਾਬਾਦ, ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਯੁਸੂਫ ਰਜ਼ਾ ਗਿਲਾਨੀ ਦੇ ਬੇਟੇ ਅਲੀ ਮੂਸਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਐਫੀਡ੍ਰੀਨ ਦੀ ਵੱਡੇ ਪੈਮਾਨੇ 'ਤੇ ਦਰਾਮਦ 'ਚ ਕਥਿਤ ਬੇਨਿਯਮੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ 'ਚ ਜਾਂਚ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਤਿਆਰ ਹੈ। ਐਂਟੀ ਨਾਰਕੋਟਿਕਸ ਫੋਰਸ (ਏ. ਐੱਨ. ਐੱਫ.) ਵਲੋਂ ਮਾਮਲੇ 'ਚ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਬਣਾਏ ਜਾਣ ਪਿੱਛੋਂ ਅਲੀਮੂਸਾ ਦੱਖਣੀ ਅਫਰੀਕਾ ਤੋਂ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਪਰਤ ਆਏ। ਉਹ ਹਨੀਮੂਨ ਮਨਾਉਣ ਦੱਖਣੀ ਅਫਰੀਕਾ ਗਏ ਸਨ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਇਕ ਟੈਲੀਵਿਜ਼ਨ ਚੈਨਲ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਜਾਂਚਕਰਤਾਵਾਂ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਹਾਜ਼ਰ ਹੋਣ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਬਿਆਨ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਏ. ਉੱਤਰ ਕੋਰੀਆ ਕਰੇਗਾ ਤੀਜਾ ਪਰਮਾਣੂ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਅਣWednesday, April 25, 2012 ਪੇਈਚਿੰਗ, ਆਪਣੇ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਣ ਰਾਕੇਟ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਅਣ ਦੀ ਅਸਫਲਤਾ ਤੋਂ ਤਿਲਮਿਲਾਏ ਉੱਤਰ ਕੋਰੀਆ ਨੇ ਤੀਸਰੀ ਵਾਰ ਪਰਮਾਣੂ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਅਣ ਕਰਨ ਦੀਆਂ ਤਿਆਰੀਆਂ ਲਗਭਗ ਪੂਰੀਆਂ ਕਰ ਲਈਆਂ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਜਲਦੀ ਹੀ ਅੰਜ਼ਾਮ ਦੇਣ ਦੇ ਯਤਨ 'ਚ ਹੈ।
ਉੱਤਰ ਕੋਰੀਆ ਅਤੇ ਚੀਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਕਰੀਬੀ ਸਮਝੇ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਸੂਤਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਪਰਮਾਣੂ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਅਣ ਦੀਆਂ ਤਿਆਰੀਆਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਖਰੀ ਦੌਰ 'ਚ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਜਲਦੀ ਹੀ ਉੱਤਰ ਕੋਰੀਆ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਜ਼ਾਮ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ। ਹੁਣ ਤੱਕ ਇਹ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋ ਸਕਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਅਣ 'ਚ ਈਂਧਣ ਦੇ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਪਲੂਟੋਨੀਅਮ ਦੀ ਭਾਰਤ ਨੂੰ ਅਗਨੀ 5 ਦਾ ਜਵਾਬ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨWednesday, April 25, 2012 ਨਵੀਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ, ਭਾਰਤ ਵਲੋਂ ਬੀਤੇ ਦਿਨੀਂ ਪੰਜ ਹਜ਼ਾਰ ਕਿਲੋਮੀਟਰ ਤੱਕ ਮਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਤਾਕਤਵਰ ਅਗਨੀ-5 ਮਿਜ਼ਾਈਲ ਦਾ ਸਫ਼ਲ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਣ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਮਗਰੋਂ ਹੁਣ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਵੀ ਇਸ ਦੀ ਜਵਾਬੀ ਤਿਆਰੀ ਵਿਚ ਰੁਝ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਸੂਤਰਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਮਿਲੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਵੀ ਅਗਲੇ ਪੰਜ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਮਿਜ਼ਾਈਲ ਦਾ ਟੈਸਟ ਕਰਨ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਨੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਨੂੰ ਸੂਚਨਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਆਉਂਦੇ ਪੰਜ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਆਪਣੀ ਲੰਬੀ ਦੂਰੀ ਦੀ ਮਿਜ਼ਾਈਲ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਣ ਕਰੇਗਾ। ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਨੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਵਪਾਰਕ ਅਗਵਾ ਨਾਲ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸਰਗਰਮੀ ਰੁਕੇਗੀ ਨਹੀਂ : ਜੈਰਾਮWednesday, April 25, 2012 ਨਵੀਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ, ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਜੈਰਾਮ ਰਮੇਸ਼ ਨੇ ਅੱਜ ਕਬਾਇਲੀ ਬਹੁਲ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਅਤੇ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ (ਪੀ. ਡੀ. ਐੱਸ.) ਪਹੁੰਚ ਲਈ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਛੱਤੀਸਗੜ੍ਹ ਦੇ ਕੁਲੈਕਟਰ ਅਲੈਕਸ ਪਾਲ ਮੈਨਨ ਦਾ ਮਾਓਵਾਦੀਆਂ ਵਲੋਂ ਅਗਵਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਰਸਤਿਓਂ ਰੋਕੇਗਾ ਨਹੀਂ।
ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਦਿਹਾਤੀ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ, ''ਸਰਕਾਰ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ਾਂ ਤੇਜ਼ ਕਰ ਦੇਵੇਗੀ। ਇਹ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਹਨ ਪਰ ਅਸੀਂ ਕਬਾਇਲੀ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਮਨਾਉਣ ਅਤੇ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਕਰਾਉਣ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਦਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੱਲ ਕਰੇਗੀ, ਲਈ ਸਿਵਲ ਆਹਲੂਵਾਲੀਆ ਦਾ ਰਾਜ ਸਭਾ ਲਈ ਮੁੜ ਚੁਣਿਆ ਜਾਣਾ ਤੈਅWednesday, April 25, 2012 ਨਵੀਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ, ਝਾਰਖੰਡ ਵਿਚ ਰਾਜ ਸਭਾ ਲਈ ਦੋ ਸਾਲਾ ਮੁੜ ਚੋਣ 3 ਮਈ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਐੱਸ. ਐੱਸ. ਆਹਲੂਵਾਲੀਆ ਦਾ 5ਵੀਂ ਵਾਰ ਸੰਸਦ ਦੇ ਉਪਰਲੇ ਸਦਨ ਵਿਚ ਦਾਖਲ ਹੋਣਾ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਹੈ, ਭਾਵੇਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਮੌਤ ਨਾਮਾ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨੇ ਲਿਖ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ, ਜਿਸ ਰਾਜ ਵਿਚ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਅੱਧੀ ਦਰਜਨ ਤੋਂ ਵਧ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਸਨ, ਉਹ ਅੱਜ ਆਪਾ ਵਿਰੋਧਾਂ ਦੀ ਤਸਵੀਰ ਬਣੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ। ਐੱਸ.ਐੱਸ. ਆਹੂਵਾਲੀਆ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਅਜੇ ਤਕ ਕਿਸੇ ਹੋਰ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਨੇ ਨਾਮਜ਼ਦਗੀ ਪੱਤਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਭਰੇ। ਧਨ ਬਲ ਦੇ ਸਹਾਰੇ ਇਕ ਰਾਜ ਸਭਾ ਸੀਟ ਹਥਿਆਉਣ ਵਿਚ |
