FTC alleged Thaker obtained information - often including Social Security or bank account numbers - about consumers who had inquired about or applied for online payday loans. Buenos Aires, About 340 people were injured on Wednesday in Argentine capital, Buenos Aires, when a passenger train derailed and crashed at a station platform located in the western part of the city. Srinagar, Nine army troopers were killed in two avalanche tragedies in north Kashmir's Bandipora and Ganderbal districts. "A massive avalanche struck the brigade headquarters of the army in Dawar village of Gurez subdivision of Bandipora district during the night," Lt Col JS Brar, spokesperson of the army's Srinagar-based 15 Corps told IANS. "So far, six bodies have been recovered from the avalanche debris. The toll is feared to rise as more troopers are believed to be under the avalanche," he said. "In another similar incident, three troopers of the army were killed in Sonamarg (Ganderbal) when another avalanche hit an army camp there," he said. A third avalanche has destroyed over a dozen hutments in Ramwari area of Ganerbal district during the night but no loss of life occurred in the incident. Rio de Janeiro, One sailor died and two suffered burns in a fire Wednesday aboard the aircraft carrier Sao Paulo, the only warship of its type in Brazil's navy, officials said. The fire was of "small proportions" and broke out at 3 a.m. in one of the sailors' sleeping rooms in the vessel's stern, the navy said. The blaze surprised the sailors who were sleeping nearby.
