Haryana CM Transfers ₹1,890.16 Crore to Beneficiaries Under Welfare Schemes
Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini directly transferred a total of ₹1,890.16 crore into the accounts of beneficiaries of various welfare schemes through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) at an event held in Chandigarh today.
The Chief Minister released ₹1,129 crore to over 35 lakh beneficiaries across 15 social security pension schemes. Additionally, approximately ₹212 crore was disbursed to 10.10 lakh female beneficiaries as the 11th installment of the Deendayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana.
Under the ‘Har Ghar Har Grihini Yojana’, ₹19.68 crore was credited to the bank accounts of 5 lakh women as cylinder subsidy for the month of July.
Furthermore, the state government provided financial assistance exceeding ₹168 crore to 4,520 affected families under the ‘Dayalu Yojana’.
Under various schemes of the Industries and Commerce Department, ₹311.25 crore was released to 670 beneficiaries through the e-Kuber scheme.
Meanwhile, ₹49.89 crore was credited to the accounts of 6,177 farmers producing potatoes, cauliflower, and honey under the ‘Bhavantar Bharpai Yojana’.
