Ludhiana,A free health checkup camp was organized by ABC montessorie play school in south city.Dr Pomila Chopra Mpt Orthopaedics did posture assessment and spinal screening of around 40 children in the camp and gave tips to prevent bad posture in young children exercises were also taught to the mothers and children Dr.Girish Sachdeva did the eye checkup of all children in the camp and suggested the preventive tips and how screen time can effect the eyes of young children Give eye care tips Eye exercise ,diet and corenal health to their parents were also taught and guided in the camp, parents appreciated the efforts put by school to organize such camp.<br>

Ludhiana, The Physio World ludhiana organized a one day hands on workshop on clinical Dry Needling in Orison Hospital on 11June 2023.More than 35 Physiotherapist from Ludhiana,Jalandhar, Mohali Faridkot,Gurdaspur,Amritsar Chamba,Moga came to learn clinical dry needling.The resource person for this was Dr.Pomila Chopra who is having vast experience of more than 13 years in her field and from last 8 years she is practicing Dry Needling.
