BSP Leader Ranjit Singh Nona Barmalipur Pays Tribute to Shaheed-e-Azam Udham Singh

Doraha, August 5 (Amrish Anand): On the martyrdom anniversary of Shaheed-e-Azam Sardar Udham Singh, BSP leader and Media In-charge of Payal Assembly Constituency, Ranjit Singh Nona Barmalipur, paid floral tributes to the legendary freedom fighter and remembered his extraordinary sacrifice for the nation.Speaking on the occasion, Nona said that Udham Singh remains a symbol of patriotism, courage, and unwavering determination. Deeply affected by the Jallianwala Bagh massacre of 1919, he pledged to avenge the innocent victims and, after 21 years of patience and resolve, fulfilled his vow by assassinating Michael O'Dwyer in London in 1940.He further noted that Udham Singh adopted the name “Ram Mohammad Singh Azad” as a powerful message of communal harmony and national unity. His fearless actions and supreme sacrifice continue to inspire generations of Indians to uphold the values of justice, equality, and love for the motherland.Paying rich homage to the great revolutionary, Ranjit Singh Nona Barmalipur said that the legacy of Shaheed-e-Azam Udham Singh will forever remain a beacon of inspiration for the nation, reminding future generations of the price paid for India's freedom.
