Mandi Gobindgarh,Rural Entrepreneurship Development Cell and SES-REC of Gobindgarh Public College, Alour(Khanna) in collaboration with Mahatma Gandhi National Council for Rural Education (MGNCRE),Ministry of Education, Govt.of India organised a webinar on Entrepreneurship,Skill & Employability:Entrepreneurial Venture & Innovation based on Skill on 09th November,2022 to celebrate Mahatma Gandhi National Entrepreneurship Month from 20th October-19th November,2022.Dr.Sachin Gupta, Assistant Professor, Department of Business Administration of Mohanlal Sukhadia University, Udaipur was the resource person of the webinar.He focused upon entrepreneurship development, Inventions and Innovation,Push –Pull customer approach,creativity and innovatively and described about how an entrepreneur having the knowledge of entrepreneurial skills convert challenges into competitive advantages in gaining profit for his business.He explained entrepreneur is equal to innovation,risk,responsibility and accountability and future of an entrepreneur depends on how he creates it,Craft it and shape it.All the participants appreciated the initiative taken by Principal Dr. Neena Seth Pajni for selecting this topic which is the need of hour.Principal motivated students to participate and learn from such webinar.She advised students to become job creator rather than job seeker and highlighted the need of entrepreneurship skills for gaining maximum success.
